The wrecking ball

I was worried that nothing would change, that this country will continue it's all consuming downward spiral into self-obsessed greed. I'm still concerned, but I have learned that there is nothing I can do to change the world I live in, voting makes no difference, recycling is irrelevant, my carbon footprint matters not at all when there are thousands of ignorant corporate interests grinding the world away a day at a time. So I'm going to try single malt scotch as an antidote to antipathy.

Wish me luck.
